Since last year, the EBARA Group has implemented teleworking and working from home across the company and has continuously worked to prevent the spread of infection. Following the government's announcement of a state of emergency on January 7, our group will take the following measures to prevent infection for the time being.
January 7: Our response policy following the issuance of a state of emergency declaration (for one metropolis and three prefectures*)
1. Policy regarding attendance at work
- (1) For office-based employees who work or live in the Tokyo metropolitan area, three prefectures, and one city,

- (4) Others (office-holding employees and temporary employees who work or live outside the Tokyo metropolitan area and three prefectures)
Adjustments will be made so that the telecommuting rate is 70%.
2. Response period
From Thursday, January 7th until the state of emergency is lifted
