Webinars held by overseas group companies
In response to restrictions on sales activities due to lockdowns and stay-at-home orders caused by the spread of COVID-19, overseas group companies of EBARA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as EBARA) are holding online seminars (webinars) for distributors, construction companies, and others.
The EBARA Group will continue to support social infrastructure that allows people to live safely and securely, thereby contributing to people's lives, in order to realize a sustainable society, which is one of the key management priorities set out in its long-term vision, "E-Vision 2030."
EBARA Pumps Malaysia Sdh. Bhd., one of the overseas group companies, held a webinar* on April 30th to explain how to select appropriate pumps for a variety of building facilities and the company's pump product lineup. In addition to Malaysia, webinars are being held around the world, including at EBARA Bombas America do Sul Ltda. (Brazil), EBARA Pumps Europe SpA (Italy), and EBARA Machinery India Private Limited (EMI) (India), to expand product sales through non-face-to-face sales. The EBARA Group will address material ESG issues based on its long-term vision and medium-term management plan in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further increase its corporate value.
