Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "EPMX") has established Ebara Pumps Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "EPMX") to assemble, sell, and provide service and support for pumps in Mexico.

2-1 Overview
EBARA aims to expand sales in regions and countries where growth is expected, such as population growth, economic growth, and industrial development, as part of its global market strategy in its medium-term management plan "E-Plan 2022."
In the standard pump business, we will expand our coverage of the North and Central American market through the establishment of EPMX, which is part of our North American strategy.
