Ebara Environmental Plant Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Watanabe Yoshio, Head Office: Ota-ku, Tokyo), a member of the Ebara Corporation Group, has received an order from Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture (Mayor: Fushima Toyokazu) for the "Nanao City Waste Treatment Plant Construction and Operation Project" together with Magara Construction Co., Ltd. and Todagumi Co., Ltd., as the representative company of the group. The business model adopted for this project is the Design-Build-Operate (DBO) method, which involves constructing an energy recovery waste treatment facility and then operating the facility for 20 years.
