1. Background
Since 2011, EBARA has been conducting activities to recruit foreign employees to the head office at overseas universities. On the other hand, due to the increase in the number of international students and Japan students studying abroad, the introduction of September graduation is also progressing at Japan universities. In light of this situation, we aim to increase our recruitment competitiveness in the global market and recruit diverse human resources by hiring new graduates in October in addition to March, which is the general graduation time in Japan.
2. Hiring of new graduates who joined the company in October
This is the first time for Ebara that 13 people have been hired in October of this year.
