New factory opened at Bangalore Service Center in India
1. Background and Objectives
Bangalore is located in southern India and is one of the leading cities in South Asia, serving as a hub for a variety of industries from heavy industry to high-tech industries. Elliott established a service center in 2015 to strengthen after-sales service for large compressors and large steam turbines. With the construction of this new factory, we will begin production of small and medium-sized steam turbines and expand our after-sales services, making this the central base for the wide-ranging development of our compressor and turbine business in East Asia, particularly India.
2-1 Overview
The new factory will be capable of manufacturing, assembling and testing small and medium-sized steam turbines. This will enable us to more accurately respond to the needs of our customers, primarily in India and East Asia. In addition, we have a design, sales, service department, and training center, and are in place to further strengthen our after-sales service.

3. Future developments
Small and medium-sized steam turbines are used for drive and power generation, and are used in a wide range of industrial fields, including not only the petrochemical industry but also food, general chemicals, and biomass plants.
As energy supply systems diversify and energy demand expands, Elliott will further enhance its response to new customers and its wide range of service and support systems for existing customers.
Elliott, which has been in the compressor and turbine business for over 100 years, has service centers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, and has a system in place that allows service staff to rush to delivery destinations around the world. We will continue to do our utmost to further improve our quality and service in order to provide products that are trusted and expected by our customers.
