"Mirai Rikejo - Manufacturing Cafe 2018" held

On Sunday, March 18, 2018, Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ebara) held a fashionable and cute manufacturing event for junior and senior high school girls in collaboration with Rikejo, a support service for female science students run by Kodansha Co., Ltd.
This was the third time the event was held, and included a talk session with Nao Kondo, a current student at the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University, and TBS announcer Silvia Kato, who are both active as science students, a "programming" experience using Micro:bit, and a social gathering with senior science students who are currently university students.
In addition to providing pumps and other products and services, Ebara will continue to promote the idea that "manufacturing" is a field in which women can also thrive through social contribution activities, and will support the improvement of the image of manufacturing sites and the training of engineers who will lead the next generation.
