Groundbreaking ceremony held for new Chubu factory
Our group company, Ebara Field Tech Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ebara Field Tech), held a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of its new Chubu Factory in 2019.
At the ground-breaking ceremony, customer companies and partner companies were invited to pray for the safety of the construction work.
Ebara Field Tech has three overhaul factories across the country. The new factory is scheduled to start operations in June 2019 and will mainly support customers in the Chubu region. It will be the fourth dry vacuum pump overhaul factory.
Ebara will continue to expand its service and support system to meet customer needs and contribute to the development of the semiconductor industry.

- Facility: Dry vacuum pump repair factory (overhaul factory)
- Building area: Approximately 2,910 square meters
- Site area: Approximately 3,150 square meters
- Construction start date: November 2018
- Scheduled start of operation: June 2019
- Investment amount: About 1 billion yen
