EBARA Environmental Plant Co., Ltd. (President: Ichihara Akira, Head Office: Ota-ku, Tokyo), a member of our Group, has received an order from the Kuwana Wide Area Cleaning Business Association (Administrator: Ito Tokuo, Mayor of Kuwana City) for the "Kuwana Wide Area Cleaning Business Association Waste Treatment Facility Construction and Operation Project" with EBARA Environmental Plant Co., Ltd. as the representative company of the group.

This project involves the construction and 20-year operation of a new combustible waste incineration facility to process waste generated from Kuwana City, Kisosaki Town, and Toin Town, as well as the integrated operation of existing facilities such as a recycling plaza and a plastic compression and packaging facility.

Based on the five basic policies formulated by the Kuwana Wide Area Cleaning Business Association, namely "safe, secure and reliable facilities," "environmentally friendly facilities," "effective use of unused energy," "economically superior facilities," and "facilities familiar to the local community," our company adopts the "EBARA HPCC21 Stoker System," a unique combustion technology, to provide stable waste treatment and highly efficient waste-to-energy generation, and to operate with the utmost consideration for the local environment, such as by recycling all ash discharged from the facility.
In addition, through 20 years of facility operation, we aim to contribute to the local community through activities such as revitalizing the area, creating jobs, and environmental awareness activities, and provide services that are close to our customers and the local community.

The EBARA Group will contribute to the realization of a recycling-oriented society through the creation of facilities familiar to the local community, with basic policies of implementing safe and secure facility construction and operation and maintenance, contributing to the local economy and revitalizing the area, and operating a business that emphasizes stability and continuity.
