New pump manufacturing, sales and service company established in Saudi Arabia

Ebara Corporation established a new company, EBARA PUMPS SAUDI ARABIA LLC (EPS), in Dammam, Saudi Arabia on August 4, 2016.
Ebara has been selling pumps in the Middle East region for many years, mainly for petrochemical plants and seawater desalination plants, and has an abundant delivery record. Of these, over 5,000 custom pumps have been delivered to Saudi Arabia. Leveraging the relationships the company has built with customers, the company aims to expand its service and support business across the entire product lifecycle by capturing demand for repairs and maintenance in addition to supplying parts. Furthermore, the establishment of this new company will enable us to respond promptly to our customers in Saudi Arabia and further expand our service menu to reliably meet the diverse needs of our customers.

In 2016, Saudi Arabia announced its Saudi Vision 2030, a policy to increase non-oil revenues and undertake economic and social reforms aimed at industrial diversification and comprehensive development. Based on this policy, we will contribute to the development of Saudi Arabia not only by providing services, but also by locally manufacturing and selling standard pumps for the water infrastructure, building equipment, and general industrial markets, which are expected to grow.
