High-performance resin dust remover

This dust remover specializes in low noise, corrosion resistance, and light weight.

Product introduction

PENTAM® is used as the resin material for this dust remover. PENTAM® is a plastic developed by Nippon Zeon Co., Ltd. that is made by the molding method and has excellent mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.
By using this material as the main member, it is a dust removal machine specialized in "low noise", "corrosion resistance" and "light weight". Screens made of resin molding are keyhole type, and the apron is corrugated on the screen that is not clogged, thus preventing sticking of vinyl, etc.

Features

1.Low Noise

No metal-to-metal sliding surfaces, so there is no unpleasant metal scraping noise.

2.Corrosion resistance

The main body is made of resin and does not corrode to seawater, etc., so there is no need for repairing the water contact area.

3.Lightweight

It is about 1/3 the mass of conventional products, and the dust remover can be hung as a single unit by crane and installed as is.
Even at deep waterways, the lower part can be transported in sections for easy local assembly.
