EBARA holds the world's leading share of LNG (liquefied natural gas) plants worldwide by supplying cryogenic pumps, which operate stably in cryogenic environments, and expanders, which convert plant pressure energy into usable power.
These products are used in the manufacturing and transportation processes of LNG liquefaction terminals in gas producing countries, receiving terminals in consumer countries, and LNG carriers. In addition to cryogenic technology, expanders can recover energy and increase the efficiency of the entire plant process. We have multiple product lineups, including compressors, for the LNG market and have a strong presence in the overall power.

Because of the cryogenic temperature, condensation turns to ice during commissioning.
