Energy supply and realization of a decarbonized society

For both stable energy supply and carbon neutral,

Now the world is looking for ways to reduce GHG (Greenhouse gas and greenhouse gases) emissions to achieve carbon neutrality. Natural gas and LNG (liquefied natural gas with natural gas cooled to -162°C) are the most noteworthy sources of energy:

natural gas and LNG are used as energy sources to produce the electricity that we normally use. They impose relatively low environmental loads due to less generation of GHG during combustion, playing an important role in the transition to a decarbonized society. A variety of equipment is used in the process of transporting and producing these energy sources. For example, we deliver refrigerant compressors used in LNG production plants all around the world. Cryogenic pumps and expanders* for transporting LNG, which is difficult to handle due to very low temperature flammable gases, meet market needs as they are able to meet the extremely low temperature liquid of -195.6℃ thanks to our high quality and technological capabilities.
br>br> EBARA's cryogenic pumps have steadily increased their manufacturing record for over 40 years, and now boast the top share and are recognized worldwide. We also hold a 100% market share in expanders for LNG plants. Another recent focus of ours is CO2 injection pumps, which are used in the process of efficiently recovering crude oil by injecting carbon dioxide recovered from factories into injection oil wells (wells that produce crude oil) and are expected to be used as technologies for carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS). Through these products, we will realize a stable supply of energy and a carbon-neutral society.
