Sodegaura Office

Factory Overview

The Sodegaura Plant was established in 1975 with the purpose of producing high-speed rotating machinery such as centrifugal compressors and steam turbines, large welded structures, as well as nuclear equipment, chemical plant machinery, and various types of pressure vessels that require advanced welding technology. In 1985, the production of blowers was added, and in 1990, gas turbines were also included, transforming the facility into a comprehensive production plant for gas machinery. The production facilities are equipped with various NC (numerical control) machining systems, including a large NC plano miller, as well as high-speed balancing machines, testing, and measurement equipment. The plant is also outfitted with a dedicated quay for directly transporting large products and structures overseas.
In terms of quality management, the plant has extensive experience and a proven track record as an ASME Code U Stamp-certified facility. Based on this foundation, it has established an advanced quality control system compliant with ISO 9001, and delivers highly reliable, superior products not only domestically but also to international markets. Furthermore, the plant has acquired ISO 14001 certification and actively works to reduce environmental impact.
