"Tokyo Sky Tree Town", was opened on May 22, 2012, became one of the famous places to visit in Tokyo. ERS installed one set each of RTBF as one of the high efficient COP (Co-efficient Of Performance) centrifugal chillers, RHSDW as the first heat-source of the system in Japan utilizing subterranean heat to minimize heat island phenomenon, RTDS as heating tower heating pump utilizing atmosphere as heat-source. Yearly COP is reached at 1.362, the highest level as domestic heat supply system in Japan since the open. Annual first energy consumption amount is reduced by about 44%, compared to individual hear source. Approximately 50% reduction is reached in CO2 exhaust amount, compared to the one, estimated in the way of individual heat source.
