We established the Rules for Compliance with the Anti-Monopoly Act and carry out thorough compliance with the Anti-Monopoly Act and its related laws, such as the Act Against Delay in Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, Etc. to Subcontractors, the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, and the Act on the Elimination and Prevention of Involvement in Bid Rigging, etc.
