Haneda Plant

Haneda Plant

EBARA's Haneda Plant was established in 1938 and has maintained on excellent reputation as a manufacturer of large rotating equipment.

The Haneda Plant is one of EBARA's major manufacturing facilities and our Central Headquarters is also located here. Haneda produces all of EBARA's pumps, hydraulic turbines, hydraulic couplings, fans and blowers with nominal diameters in excess of 4,000 mm. These large products have been extensively used throughout the world in utility projects, water works, steel mills, petrochemical plants and other major industries.

The facilities of Haneda include design sections, engineering groups, machine shops, assembly areas and test stands. In addition, our Engineer Support Group is located of Haneda and their main function is to insure that our Computer Aided Design Systems and other computer technology are maintained and improved upon.

Haneda has some of the world's largest test facilities such as a pump test stand capable of delivering 500,000 USGPM. This plant also houses a large research section which include model testing for hydraulic turbines, fans, pumps and intake sumps.

Haneda's manufacturing efficiency and quality control are at very high levels due to production flow patterns, employee training, NC machines and stringent quality assurance standards.

Fujisawa Plant

Fujisawa Plant

In 1965, Fujisawa Plant was established for mass-production of small pumps, as well as refrigerating machines, fans, blowers and boiler systems. Later, in 1986, it began production of engineering pumps for heavy-duty use in the oil refinery, petrochemical and electric power industries, and became the world's largest manufacturing plant for pumps.

Renowned for their highly reliable technologies, EBARA's products are in great demand in Japan and around the world, supporting the industrial infrastructure and our daily lives in a wide variety of applications. Backed by accumulated technologies for protection and conservation of global environment, Fujisawa Plant strives tirelessly to develop and provide higher quality products.

Sodegaura Plant

Sodegaura Plant

The Sodegaura Plant was built in 1975 for the manufacture of high-speed turbo-machinery and large-scale welded structures, including centrifugal compressors and steam turbines, and high-level nuclear power equipment, chemical plant equipment and various pressure containers, which require advanced welding technology.

With the addition of its fan and blower production in 1985 and the addition of gas turbine production in 1990, the plant has become a comprehensive manufacture of aerodynamic machinery.

The plant is equipped with various NC processing facilities including large-scale NC planomillers, high-speed balances and computerized testing and measuring equipment. It also has its own quay for sea transport of its large products and structures.

With an advanced ISO 9000-level quality control system based on its extensive experience as an ASME Code U Stamp factory, the Sodegaura Plant continues to provide highly reliable products to its customers around the world.
